Princess Kate Middleton Celebrated World Cancer Day with a powerful new photo that was snapped by her youngest son.
“Remember to feed everything that stands beyond the disease,” Kate, 43, titled a post on Instagram on Monday, February 3. The princess of Wales is standing on top of a tree trunk with her arms lying in the image. She joined in a jacket, scarf and hat during winter in the UK
A second photo posted on Monday featured the same title wearing a proximity of the leaves covered in frost.
The posting of world cancer celebration comes a few weeks after Kate confirmed that she confirmed that her cancer was in pardon.
“My heartfelt thanks go to all those who have been quietly walking alongside William and me while we have sailed everything,” she described a January 14 Instagram post. “We couldn’t have asked for more. The care and advice we have received all the time as a patient has been extraordinary. “
Kate’s post came after she made a surprise appearance at the hospital where she underwent chemotherapy that same day.
“In my new role as a common defender of Royal Marsden, my hope is that by supporting basic research and clinical excellence, as well as promoting the well -being of patients and family, we can save much more lives, and transform the experience of To all those who influenced cancer, “she continued at the time. “It is a relief to be in forgiveness now. And I remain focused on recovery. As anyone who has experienced a diagnosis of cancer will know, it takes time to adapt to a new normal. “
Kate’s statement ended, “I am still looking forward to a year fulfilled ahead. There is much to look forward. Thanks to everyone for your continued support.”
Kate announced in March 2024 that it was diagnosed with an unknown type of cancer after undergoing a planned abdominal surgery in January of that year. The Princess of Wales stayed largely outside the public eye as she underwent treatment last year, in addition to some events, including the June 2024 body.
By September 2024, Kate announced that she had completed her chemotherapy treatments.
“The last nine months have been very difficult for us as a family,” she shared at the time. “Life as you know can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and the unknown road.”
Kate went on, “Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full healing is long and I have to continue taking every day as it comes.”
