Apple has released a new app called invitations that is created to make it easy to create custom event invitations using an iPhone or online. Invitations is the Apple version of Partytil, a popular invitations app that was crowned the best Google Play application of 2024.
Invitations allow you to create and share invitations, RSVP into events, contribute to shared albums and cure the sounds of events.
To create an invitation, you need an iCloud+reconciliation, which costs 99 cents a month. However, anyone can RSVP, whether they have an Apple account or Apple device.
In this post, we will follow you the process of creating an event, adding a common album or lists for playing and sending your invitation to guests.
How to create an invited event
You can create an event on Apple invites using the app on your iPhone or online on iCloud.com. Whatever the way you choose, the process is essentially the same.
If you are in the app, you have to knock on the plus sign in the upper right corner to create an event. If you are online, you should choose “new event” in the upper right corner.
From here, tap the “Add Background” option, then select “Pictures” to choose an image from your library. Or, tap the “camera” option to make a new photo for the background. Apple also offers a selection of backgrounds you choose.
Otherwise, you can use Apple’s image playground to produce original background images. To use the integration of images into invitations, you will need an iPhone that is compatible with Apple Intelligence, which means you need an iPhone 15 pro and up.
Once you have added a background image, tap the “Event Title” to insert your event name and then choose a font style.
Then, tap the “date and time” to choose the day and the time when the event begins and ends. You can also choose to put it as a whole day event. Once you set a date, the weather forecast for that date will be added to the invitation.
Next, tap “location” to search for a location or tap on a suggested location. You have the opportunity to enter a name for a place, such as “Emily House”. When you place a location, invitations will automatically add Apple Maps information to the invitation.
Finally, you can enter a description of the event, using Apple Intelligence tools to help you write the description, if you wish. Again, your device will need to be compatible with Apple’s intelligence in order to use the function.
Once you have created your event, you can tap the “in advance” option to see what it looks like before you send it to your guests.
How to create a common album or hearing list for your event invitation

While the above steps cover the basics of creating an invitation for an event, Apple offers two other features that can receive your invitations to the next level.
You can create a “common album” where attendees can contribute photos and videos from within an invitation. The idea behind the function is to give those present a way to save their memories and restore the event at a later time.
To do this, you need to touch the “Create Album” option. The name of the common album will be the name of the event, but you can change it if you wish.
You can also create a sound sound sound by choosing the “Add Playlist” option. Participants can then choose to add songs to the play list before or during the event. It is worth noting that you need an Apple Music reconciliation to create a common hearing list. As with the common albums, your playlist will have the name of your event, but you can edit it.
How to invite guests to your event

There are two ways to invite guests to your event. You can either share the invitation as a public connection or send it to people specific from your contact list.
You have to choose “Invite guests” to start sending invitations. If you select “messages” or “mail” applications, you can send a public link directly through those applications. If you choose “Share Link”, you can send guest invitation through any app on your iOS stock sheet. If you touch “copy the connection”, you can glue the connection for your invitation anywhere.
To invite a contact, tap the “Choose a Visitor” option, ask for a name or select someone from your contact list and then share the connection with them.
Once you have created an event and guest guests, you can share a note that everyone on the list of friends can see. For example, you can notify guests if you have changed the location for the event, or you can send them a reminder to bring umbrellas if the forecast is calling for rain.
To do this, select your event and then tap “send a note”. Once you have written your note, tap on the “Send note” button.
