We are not weather reporters, but in most parts of the country, those predictions are looking for. . . coldto say at least. That is why we are grateful for the stars who embrace the practical winter fashion, gathering in layers that we cannot wait to buy for ourselves. Kate Moss was also seen wearing a graceful trenches, and even Anna WinTour was out and during the New York Fashion Week, adding a long -time scarf style to her dress.
