Lindsay Lohan‘s dad, Michael LohanHe was arrested on Saturday, February 22, on the alleged attack of his removed wife, Major Kate.
Michael, 64, was taken to detention without incidents in Harris County, Texas, and was accused of ongoing domestic violence, the Harris District Sheriff’s office confirmed The weekly.
According to the Police Department, Major attended a medical meeting on Friday, February 21 and was concerned that Michael was following him. Police then answered a 911 call.
Major told police officers that Michael had removed him from a chair a few days ago and complained of pain and discomfort. A female deputy pointed to bruising on the body of the major, Sheriff’s office said.
Michael was held in a $ 30,000 relationship.

In a statement to TMZ on Sunday, Michael, 64, denied the allegations. “I have closed a lot of time for physical, emotional and verbal abuse of Kate,” he said. “She decided me. Initially she said I was dancing it! Really? Lol Then, when this didn’t work, she said, I pushed it over a chair which is a total lie. Not only will my children prove it, but I have videos.
