Arsenal’s boss, Mikel Arteta says Bukayo Saka has a “good chance” to return to action after international break.
The 23-year-old demanded surgery after suffering a hamstring injury in Arsenal’s 5-1 win over Crystal Palace in December.
Artesa said in the middle of the week that Saka was making “very good progress” and after Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Chelsea on Sunday, Artesa was asked about Saka’s chances of presenting in April.
“Yes, he has a good chance,” the arts told Heavenly.
Arsenal host Fulham on Thursday April 1 when they return to the Premier League action and then go to Everton on Saturday April 5 before Real Madrid wait on Tuesday on April 8 for the first match of their tie in the Champions League.
On Friday, the Arts said: “He will be here (on the field of Arsenal training), we hope more with the ball on his feet than he had,” Artes said.
“This means he is crossing the ball and is shooting and running and everything. He has done a lot on the field working himself.
“Next we have to fix it with the people around him at a more competitive training session and see how he goes with him.
