As we enter the 4th of our Slim Down Spring Challenge, it is important to stay motivated and focused on your goals so that you do not go out of the way or give up! Summer is exactly around the corner, so let’s stay stable!
5 tips to help you stay on the right track and motivated:
1. Goals check
If you have made goals for yourself at the start of SSD, reset them and make sure you stay focused on achieving them! You can always update these to best fit your desires and needs, but keep them.
Whether it is losing a certain amount of weight or improving your viability, make sure your goals are realistic and accessible within the rest of the challenge.
2. Stay stable
Consistency is essential when it comes to seeing results. Make sure you adhere to your training schedule and meal plan, even in the days when you don’t feel like it. Remember, every little effort adds great progress to the long -term plane.
Summer is right around the corner and you will thank yourself for moving your body even when you do not want when you put on a beach somewhere tropical;)
3. Control of the responsibility group
Having a support system can make a world of change during a fitness challenge. Whether it is a training friend, a friend who shares your goals, or your SSD responsibility set, be sure to check with them as we are halfway until little spring!

4. Mix your drills
Keep things interesting by trying different types of drills in our MOVE app throughout the challenge. This not only prevents boredom but also helps to target different muscle groups and prevent plates. From cardio training to strength to yoga, mix it to keep your body challenged.
5 celebrate small wins
Remember to celebrate your progress along the way. Whether it’s hitting a better new personal in your training bar, staying in your meal plan for a week straight, or just feel more energetic, take the time to accept and celebrate your small victories. This will help you keep motivated and focused on your ultimate goal.
Remember, the challenge of slim Down the challenge is a trip, not a sprint. Stay focused, stay positive and most importantly, don’t give up. You have this!
