Sami Sheen is reflecting on her rocky relationship with dad Charlie Sheen.
“All my childhood, I want to say like the first 13 years, my father was very in and out of my life,” said Sami, 21, Monday, April 14, Episode of Already judgePodcast ‘chaos casual. “It was the worst if we had an event and he said he would appear and then we would not hear from him or he would appear, as, 10 hours late. So we just stopped asking them to come to things. “
Sami claimed that if Charlie, 59, would appear and they were “lucky enough to see”, he was “most likely under the influence of something”.
“Sad it’s sad, but I make the humor out of it,” she said. “Literally I can’t tell you a memory from my childhood for him, where he has been sober. Which is a sad kind, but anyway, his choice.”
Sami is Charlie’s eldest daughter and Denise Richards, who were married from 2002 to 2006. Exes are also parents of daughter Lola, 19. (Richards, 54, Adopted Eloise, 13, in 2011.)
When asked if the separation of her parents was a “difficult time”, Sami claimed she did not “remember”.

“My mother hid so many things from me. Like a year, I was like, asking where my father was at Christmas. My mother told us he was doing skiing, but he was actually in prison,” Sami claimed. “I don’t know if he actually went to jail or if he was going to prison. Something with him in prison, but I thought he was doing skiing. And I was like,” that’s weird. My dad doesn’t even know how to ski. “But I was so young.
Sami claimed she did not “know the whole story” but claimed that her father was not in prison for “long time”. (Charlie was arrested in Colorado in December 2009 in the second instance attack, the threat and criminal wrongdoing in a dispute claimed with the then wife Brooke Mueller, The US today reported. Next year, Charlie pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and was ordered to spend 30 days in rehabilitation as part of the admission agreement. The other two charges were dropped. He was also ordered in three months of evidence and 36 hours of domestic violence counseling.)
Sami claimed that her friends’ parents would never allow them to her family’s house because of Charlie.
“That was very difficult,” she said. “But it was honestly, it was everything I knew. It would be much harder if I went to have a perfect family and then all of a sudden it is a drug addict and we won’t see it. So it helps to be everything I know but still suck.”
In addition to her friends, Sami claimed that Charlie’s actions influenced her admission to certain high schools.
“No high school would accept me because of, like, items my father posted in the past as previous schools where I went. “I mean, everything happens for a reason, but yes, it was really difficult, how it also affected the schools where I was able to go.”
She went on, “I was like,“ Why don’t they accept my applications? Like I have a, I am a great student.
Richards, for her part, weighed her daughters’ relationships with their father during an exclusive interview with The weekly In March.
“It has been (complicated) since day one and both girls are finding their way into relationships and that is okay,” divided richards before the premiere of Denise Richards and its wild things. “Things can be up and down, but you can always overcome it.”
