How are the drills?
Expert coach Kelsey Heenan designed him to receive stronger training to help you tone your whole body through a series of scaled, targeted drills based on resistance, which you can do from home comfort. - Total body 1: Combine the upper and lower movements of body resistance to maximize muscle activation and overall durability. This exercise challenges your strength, coordination and stability by ensuring balanced muscle development.
- Total body 2: Get your total body training at the next level with progressive overload techniques that increase strength, versatility and muscle durability. This session includes dynamic movement models to improve functional ability and overall power.
- ABS: Strengthen and determine your essence with a concentrated mixture of exercises based on resistance and stability designed to build deep essential durability and commitment. This exercise improves behavior, enhances athletic performance and helps create a strong, sculpted between.
