Fox News contributor Joe Concha and Fox Business’ ‘making money’ Hosti Charles Payne react to Hype – and Award – of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
While Indio Valley’s most popular music festival begins its second weekend of List A and Popups Artsy, attendees are also preparing their wallets for costly accommodations.
During Coachella’s “weekend One” holidays, social media creators and influencers took on platforms to express their thoughts on what a user described as “diabolical” costs for food and shelter.
So how expensive can he participate in the coach? Here is the division when it comes to paying tickets, camps and food options:
Ticket level options
According to the Coachella website, there are four types of ticket options that give concerts access to all three days of the festival: general acceptance, general acceptance with a transfer option, a general acceptance package with four tickets and VIPs.

Overall admission tickets – the most basic option – start with $ 649 for the first weekend and $ 599 for the second weekend, including service fees. If you want a general admission ticket that also includes a bus transfer to transport you to and from festival bases, this will cost $ 779 for the first weekend and $ 679 for the second.
If you want to buy four general admission tickets for you and your friends, you will save $ 10 per ticket for $ 589 and $ 539 per pass.
For a luxurious experience that offers access to the VIP Hall and three -day equipment, attendees cough $ 1,199 to $ 1,399 with fees included. And if you are looking for an ultra-exclusive experience, the suites and packages of private tables are available after investigation.
Camps and shelter
Camping Coachella can go from DIY from a car or from a “glamor” with beds, air conditioning and buffet breakfast. The festival’s acceptance is sold separately from all the general camps tickets.
The most popular stay at night is car camps, with options starting at $ 160 per vehicle plus a “temporary occupation tax” issued by the city. Participants can improve their camps option to “prefer” for a place guaranteed closer to entry to the scene, or get “powered” camps which includes energy plugs for small electronic devices (this is right, car camps usually come with zero access to electricity).

If you prefer to stay in a camper van, Coachella will provide one for groups of up to 10 people. A new option this year, attendees can choose between pop-top or high-roof van. A Queen’s bed configuration starts at $ 2,900, two double beds start with $ 4,900 and a queen with a double bed starts with $ 5,200, all plus the temporary occupation tax.
The ready -made tent is also a new bid of 2025, where people will arrive in their vehicle to prepare the tents that house two people in advance. This tent is 10’x10 ‘, and includes items you can get at home: tents themselves, two beds, two air mattresses, a battery -hung, pillow and a tent lock. This starts at $ 650 plus the tax.
“Believe me when I say I needed much more,” says @immrfabulous in his post. “The interior of the tent reached about 200 degrees (Farenheit) and all our toilets were melted, including plastic lids and bottles.”
La Campana is advertised as private tents, controlled by temperature containing real beds (also new this year). You get a parking place at the “Premium” camps where a 5 -meter bell tent includes fully made metal bed frames and power supply, accommodating two to four people. Access to “exclusive” showers and “flushing” toilets is included, with mirrors and plugs to make your hair. La Campana’s prices start with $ 2,400 and go up to $ 3,300 plus tax.
Level your apartment on Lake Eldorado, which contains mini, one -storey wooden storeys to buy in a package with the festival’s acceptance. Built for two to four people, you were greeted in a private check and have a 24-hour goalkeeper. You get fully rounded cups, bedroom bags and pillows and you can choose between a lodge and a tent. Plus, there are single showers and baths of Lake Eldorado. But be careful: there is no air conditioning. The lowest cost option is $ 3,423 with the most expensive taxes of $ 6,816 plus.
Is the “final experience of camps in the country”: Safari. Spend $ 10,000 to $ 12,000 for two people and get VIP guests and access, golf carriages transport, air conditioning private showers and bathrooms in a fully ignorant shikar tent. Breakfast buffet and late night foods are included for your four-night stay. There are free Wi-Fi, food and distribution services, electricity supply, a mini refrigerator, queen beds-and you can even order your concert goods to surrender and avoid keeping it throughout the day. Safari Camping is not valid for payment plans.
“Yes, it’s expensive,” said @theloverspasport in their review post. “They gave you essentially some convenience you needed … (late night and night snack) were all incredible … In general, would we make safari again? Absolutely. It was expensive, but in our opinion, it was definitely worth it. It was about 3k to $ 4k per person.”
Food, drinks and supplies
Choose for the most luxurious side of the camps, and some of your meals are already paid. But if you are making coachlla as a mass, you will need to pack food and drink in your car ahead of time, or buy it on a festival basis.
Buying food and drink from festival retailers will direct the participants a little more: a regular lemonade can cost $ 17 with ice “mostly,” examined Ruth Viveros. Viveros also bought two Tacos and Nachos services, which cost about $ 102. Alcohol ranges from $ 15 for a beer to $ 23 for a Red Bull Vodka.

Coachella opens a general store for campists every year, where they can buy everyday items you will find in an average convenience store. There are more than 100 food, toilet and camping items. For example, $ 65 for tents, $ 18 to $ 28 for shower shoes, air mattresses for $ 40, shampoo, air conditioner, razor and razor vary from $ 4 to $ 14, Tiktox show.
