Aston Villa has developed internal discussions about a possible action for Kevin de Bruyne, Sky Sports News understands.
De Bruyne announced earlier this month that this season would be his last at Etihad Stadium. The last year of his current contract and Villa may be interested in signing the 33-year-old midfielder when he leaves the city.
De Bruyne’s dissatisfaction with destroying his family and prioritizing his football and home life when he made a decision for his future destination has announced several Premier League clubs.
Four MLS clubs, Inter Miami – who hold his intelligence rights, Chicago Fire, NYCFC and DC United have conducted investigations into De Bruyne’s professional and financial expectations.
Serie A Side Como is also making checks to see if there is any chance of landing De Bruyne.

On April 4, it was announced that De Bruyne will leave Man City after a decade -long trophy in the club.
The 33-year-old, who has won 16 trophies with City, including six Premier League titles and the Champions League, is out of the summer. Further successes have included five triumphs of the League Cup and two Cups of the Armed Forces.
Belgium’s international has scored 107 goals in 417 appearances.
He joined the club under the previous manager Manuel Pellegrini in a £ 54.5m agreement in 2015 from Wolfsburg and continued to flourish after Pep Guardiola took over next year.
He has cemented his country as one of the greatest players in City’s history and has undoubtedly been one of the most influences of the Premier League era.
