Tina Knowles There was an unfortunate malfunction of dresses at an event for her new book Matriarch: A memory memoir BEFORE Palmer came to her salvation.
Palmer, 31, was the moderator invited to a discussion with Knowles, 71, for her memories in Los Angeles on Friday, May 2, when Snafu happened. Tiktok’s footage shows Palmer helping Knowles on stage as the author tries to wear her dress without a belt.
In the footage, a companion rushes on the scene to give a hand as well, with the knowles eventually be able to adjust her outfit. Throughout the difficult experience, Palmer kept fans laughing with a series of units.
As she imitated some of the shocked faces of audience members, Palmer withdrew, “They were acting as if it were a whole murder show.”
“I thought it was serious,” she was overwhelmed. “I saw TelepromPter (start) by typing,” We need something. “What the hell do you mean?
As she returned to the book discussion again, Palmer got a last joke, “They would give me a heart attack! Whew! So again in the book.”

One of the biggest discoveries in Matriarchy It was Tina discovering a private battle with breast cancer in 2024.
“My doctor told me I had breast cancer. A small tumor in my left breast that was cancerous; the largest tumor in my right breast was kind, but it would also have to go,” Knowles wrote. “She said I was in phase 1A, providing me with my prognosis was good. The next step was to talk to an oncologist and a breast surgeon.”
She went on, “I sat there in a noise, rubbing my neck. I immediately thought of my father, all that time leading him to Kimo and how many cancer got from him. I had gone through all these things in life becoming 70 years old, and now I will get cancer?”
Tina wrote that she quickly decided to choose her diagnosis with “precision” by consulting with Beyoncé and Solange to find a cancer specialist before passing surgery.
“My girls became my team,” she recalled.
Although she was eventually declared “without cancer” after treatment, Tina confirmed that she was involved in numerous complications, including the development of a hematoma and a persistent infection.
Talking exclusively to The weekly CLOSER MatriarchyThe release in March, Tina admitted that she was “still crying” to reflect on her book past.
“A great, big, big hope is that people will understand how important it is to look in your past, learn about your ancestors and spend that story to your children and grandchildren,” she said we. “That’s what I hope will happen from this book.”
