The last episode of The last of us There were two major surprises returns while viewers were still feeling the loss of Joel Miller (Pedro Pascal).

Sunday, May 11, the episode opened with Hanrahan (Alanna Ubach) and other members of the Liberation Washington Front (WLF) by making a great discovery about Cordyps virus: is evolving and being done in the air.
Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and dina (Isabela Merced), meanwhile, are still looking for Abby (Kaitlyn Dever). However, they have made a progress. Come at night, the duo goes out to find WLF where they are located in a Seattle hospital.
On the way, they are encountered in an abandoned section of the city. Ellie and Dina quickly discover that it is full of infection – after discovering their love for each other.
During the fight with the infected, Ellie appears again a little (it is unclear, but there was multiple at the top at one point) and Dina is in danger. Eventually, the shooting with deceived weapons begin to approach the infected by being chosen one by one. Mystery shooter is none other than Jesse (Noun), who did it in Seattle by Jackson and was quick to save the girls. (Memory: Dina is pregnant with Jesse’s baby, but she and Ellie are lovers.)
The gunshots receive the attention of WLF members who are following the trio. However, when Ellie, Dina and Jesse enter the city park, WLF members refuse to enter. But more about it in a second.
While hiding in the foliage, Jesse tells Ellie and Dina that he and Tommy (Gabriel Luna) followed them in Seattle. At that point, they realized that the Serapites have the park control, which is why the WLF did not enter. (Trio watches the Dislembowel Seraphs A WLF member.)
Eventually, the serap discovers Ellie, Dina and Jesse. Dina is shot with an arrow and Jesse carries it from the park. Ellie, while trying to distract Serapi, arrives at Seattle’s hospital, where she hopes to find Abby. Instead, she finds Nora (Tati Gabrielle), who was present for Joel’s death.
Ellie follows Nora on a elevator shaft that removes them at the hospital basement level. Here is the Airborne Cordyps. While Nora is trying to breathe now that she is infected, Ellie is fine.
“You are her. Immune girl, you’re true,” Nora understands. “Don’t you know what he did?”
Ellie continues to search for Abby’s whereabouts, while Nora relays Joel’s hospital massacre from season 1 final of the show.
“He killed everyone in that hospital. Including the only living person who can make a cure from you,” Nora says. “That was Abby’s father and Joel … Joel shot him in the head. That’s what he did.”
Ellie, uncontrolled by what you hear, continues to seek Abby. When she gets no answer, Ellie begins to beat Nora with a tube – similar to how Abby defeated Joel with a golf club. Suddenly, the screen goes black.
A return reaction shows Ellie waking up in it and Jackson House of Joel. Joel (looked better than ever, and very alive) opens the door of her bedroom.
“Hey, Kiddo,” he says.
