Google I/O, the largest Google developers conference of the year is ready on us.
Planned for May 20 to 21 at the Shoreliine Amphitheater in Mountain View, I/O will display product notifications from the entire Google portfolio. Waiting for a lot of news about Android, Chrome, Google Search, YouTube, and-Natural-Chatbot with that of Google, Gemini.
Earlier this week, Google hosted a special event dedicated to Android updates: The Android Show. The company announced new ways to find lost Android phones and other articles, additional equipment level features for its advanced protection program, safety tools to protect against fraud and theft, and a new design language called 3 expressive material.
Here’s what else you can expect.
Gemini and he
He is Tech Du Jour, and Google, like her rivals, has invested a lot in it.
A Shoo-Iin for I/O is a new addition (or some) for Google’s family twins of it. Leaks over the past few weeks suggest that an up -to -date ultra twins model is on the road, Ultra Gemini Being the best Google’s offer.
With this updated Gemini ultras can come a more costly reconciliation of Gemini.
Google offers a single premium scale, Advanced Gemini ($ 20 a month), to unlock extra skills in her twins, which is powered by company gemini models. But Google can soon launch two new plans, Premium Plus and Premium Pro. It is not yet clear what benefits can be united and how these plans can be compared to advanced twins.
Google will almost certainly talk about Astra, its wide effort to build AI and “agents” apps for real -time multimodal understanding. Also perhaps in the agenda is Project Mariner, the Google’s “agents” who can navigate and take internet action on behalf of a user. FOLS IN X CONTROL REFERENCES FOR “Using the Computer” in the Code for the Google Studio developers platform, which may belong to the marker.
Everything else
Going according to the official I/O schedule, Google will have enough to discuss after the show addresses Android and I/O Keynote.
The program lists the sessions dedicated to Chrome and Google Cloud, Google Play, Android Development Tools and Gemma, Google’s AI “Open” collection.
Last year, Google discovered some I/O theme surprises, including a group of well -regulated models for education applications called Learnlm. An update in Google’s viral podcast generation can be such a surprise. The flowing code reveals a “video summary” tool that would apparently create video compilation, most likely using Google’s Veo 2 video generation model.
