Brittany and Patrick, 29, announced in July that they were preparing to welcome baby no. 3. “Round three, here we come,” they shared in a joint Instagram post at the time.
Patrick offered a postgame update on his wife’s pregnancy on Christmas Day after he and the Kansas City Chiefs took on the Pittsburgh Steelers, telling reporters after the game that Brittany is getting ready to give birth “any day now.”

“Brittany says I’ve stressed her out a lot this season,” added Patrick. “So I’ve got to try not to stress her out so much through these soccer games — and get my goodbyes.”
The couple first met as teenagers in high school, before getting engaged in 2020 after eight years together. They later got married in March 2022.
Patrick has been open about their third child being the couple’s latest addition to the family, telling reporters in July that his family will then be complete.
“I said three and I’m done,” the quarterback told reporters at the Kansas City Chiefs’ training camp press conference. “I always wanted to have small children. I grew up in a dressing room and it had such an impact on my life. We are now on our third child. … Brittany does a great job of doing that and we still get to go out and enjoy our lives.”
Patrick has also previously praised his wife, applauding Brittany for her parenting skills.
“I think people don’t even realize how much she does,” the athlete said during a May appearance on the Impaulsive podcast. “I mean, take care of the day-to-day stuff and make it where I can focus on football and focus on my craft and everything like that.”
He added: “(She’s) a Hall of Fame mom and a Hall of Fame wife, (which) makes it a lot easier. I mean, when you get to go home and your best friend is there and you can just hang out, it makes you want to be there all the time and she pushes me to be great and she’s done a lot of great things. big themselves.”
