Alcohol should be labeled with cancer warnings, says top US health official

Alcoholic beverages should have labels warning consumers that they cause cancer, the United States government’s top doctor said Friday. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy said the link between cancer and alcohol has been known for decades, “yet most Americans are unaware of this risk.”
