48 hours after one of the deadliest terrorist attacks in recent United States history, the city of New Orleans is trying to come to terms with the horrors of January 1st. The attack along Bourbon Street killed 14 people, including the driver, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who officials said was inspired by the Islamic State militant group.
