US consumers are noticing a new line on their shopping bills – a tariff supplement. Even with President Donald Trump’s 90-day pause for fees, companies and customers are feeling the impact, especially those that import their products from China.
Extra payments are increasing in some industries, affecting almost everything from clothing prices to automotive production. Some companies are charging flat tariffs, while others charge a percentage of the total cost of a particular purchase.

Trump Fees: What fees are imposed on key trading or banned partners?
Alexandra Fine, CEO and co -founder of DAME, a company of sexual Wellness, spoke with Wall Street Journal (WSJ) about its latest company 5 “Trump Tariffs” fees.
“That doesn’t cover the full cost – not even close – but it was better than pretending everything okay,” Fine WSJ told. She said she had an addition to a “statement” and leaving customers “to know how these policies are affecting us all.”
The company manufactures its products in China, which has been hit with a 145% import fee amidst the tensions of trade escalation between Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Kevin O’Leary supports Trump’s fees to stop China to ‘kill small business in America’
Amazon General Director Andy Jassy recently told CNBC that he thinks manufacturers will start “spending that condition” for customers rather than trying to adopt it. Many of the company’s third-party sellers-which make up 60% of Amazon-based Amazon-based products, and are facing the toughest Trump tariff fees.
Wedding dresses are also rising in price due to tariffs. Paul Virilli, co -owner of Boutique Jan Jersey, told CBS News that China’s dresses are also rising.
“We hope that China and the KBA’s relationship will be adjusted and resolved so that we can continue to sell this dress at which it is recorded,” Virill told CBS News. The outlet noted that most of his dresses come from China and Vietnam.

On Friday, White House secretary Caroline Leavitt said Trump is “optimistic” to make a deal with China on tariffs. Currently, Beijing has an 84% fee for US imports.
“The president has made it very clear that he is open to an agreement with China,” Leavitt said. She also said Trump would be “gracious if China aims to make a deal with the United States.”
