Angelina Jolie and the girl Zahara appeared together in the first public appearance of the actress since her divorce Brad Pitt was finalized.

Angelina wore a plunging black dress and debuted new bangs for the event, while Zahara opted for a white one-shoulder dress.
At the event at the Palm Springs Convention Center, Angelina was honored with the Desert Palm Achievement Award, actress for her work in the Netflix film Maria.
The mother-daughter outing comes less than a week after Angelina and ex-husband Pitt finalized their divorce after eight years.
Angelina first filed for divorce in 2016, starting a long legal battle over ownership of their $164 million French estate, Château Miraval, and custody of their children. Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara19, Shiloh18, Knox16 and Vivienne16. They finalized their divorce on December 30, but have been legally single since 2019.
“More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt. She and the children left all the properties they had shared with Mr. James Simon said us in a statement. “This is just part of a long ongoing process that began eight years ago. Honestly, Angelina is exhausted, but she’s relieved that this part is over.”
A representative for Pitt declined to confirm or comment.
When it comes to the former couple’s children, a source said Us Weekly exclusively in April 2019 of Angelina: “Her children are her life. Every day is a new adventure.”
The insider added: “(Jolie) really enjoys the life lessons and new ideas that come from trying all different things. The sky is the limit for him.”
Anjelina has previously poured out on her children, including Zahara. of injurious said the star Your magazine in 2017 that there was one specific attribute her daughter had that brought her joy.
