The podcast host praised the series and revealed that she celebrated the news with Markle, sharing a selfie with the Duchess of Sussex.
“I am so excited for the world to experience even more of your joy, your heart, your kindness, your humor, your humility, your compassion, your many talents, and your love!” Kern wrote her post. “You are an incredible friend to many, including me, and I am excited to cheer you on as you continue to build, create magic, and Fly!”
Meghan McCain
While Markle’s friends were fully on board with the show, McCain was not.
“I was originally a supporter of Meghan Markle, I thought she was cute and elegant and refreshing,” she shared via X, noting that her “opinion changed” after Markle and Harry left the royal family in 2020. McCain reposted With love, Meghan trailer and called it an “ill-advised” move.
“All of this even in the trailer is very curated, manufactured and out of touch,” she wrote, noting that America is in a period of “uncertainty” at the moment. “I would have told him to do a show that helped bring fresh food to food deserts in low-income neighborhoods. Do something to help people instead of your ego.”
Tracy Robbins
The fashion designer shared the trailer on her Instagram Story, writing that she was “so excited” for Markle.
Delphine Blaquier
Harry’s BFF’s wife Nacho Figueras also rushed to show her support.
“Congratulations on the love and hard work you’ve put into this project of yours!” she wrote a post on Instagram Story. “So grateful to be a part of it – I can’t wait to see everything you have to share.”
