Haack, 41, took to Instagram Stories on Monday, January 13, to share a photo of firewood burning in a large bowl. She captioned the post “power cut” and added emojis of a peace sign, as well as a wolf and a moon – a reference to Full Wolf Moon in the sky that night.
The HGTV personality appeared to be engaged in a wellness practice called “cord cutting,” which energy healer George Lisa recently featured on Goop.com.
“Toxic tethers … are intentionally created over time,” Lizos said. “Most of these connections are created as a result of the time and energy you spend intentionally with others – shared moments and words exchanged. While Haack tried to release negative links, her ex, Hall, went to Instagram-official with the new girlfriend Stephanie Gabrys.
on monday, Hall updated his Instagram stories with a photo him and Gabrys cuddling by a fire pit with mountains in the background. “Happy 35th in real life (angel),” Hall captioned the photo, adding an angel emoji and tagging Gabrys.
