Prince William discovered he was amazed at his father King Charles IIIThe musical taste of music after the monarch released an Apple Music’s hearing list in March.
“I was expecting a lot of classical music, so I was surprised.” William, 42, said during a visit to the Mentality House, a youth center in London, Thursday, April 24, according to Hello magazine.
Playlist, titled his Playlist of Majesty of Majesty Charles III, was released to mark Commonwealth Day on March 10 and presented artists including Beyoncé, Michael BubbleAND Bob Marley.
Adeyemi Michael, director of the Mentality House, asked William if he thought the king could have included some music “Garage and Companions in the United Kingdom”.
“I’m not sure he will know what it was,” William said.
“Throughout my life, music has meant a lot to me. I know it’s the case for many others,” said Charles, 76, in a video message announcing the project on March 7.
“There is that extraordinary ability to bring happy memories that are flooded from the deepest holidays of our memory, to comfort us in times of sadness, and to take us to distant places.
The king for the first time shared the playlist during a special Radio Apple Music 1 with the title of King’s music. During the special, Charles was full of praise to Beyoncé before presenting her song, “Crazy in Love”.
Charles described the singer as “so extraordinary that I could not resist including her music”.
As for William, Royal posed for selfie during his visit on Thursday and also spoke with young man -backed youth, a charity that aims to empower young people through youth services, including mentoring schemes.
He also participated in a football match organized in his honor, telling the group, “I will only be ten seconds, I’m terrible for this,” according to Greeting.
The prince was then included in a round table with local businesses about the value of practices and obstacles that young people face to gain better opportunities.
