Garrett returned later that year after meeting current wife Alex. The couple married in November 2023 on Oahu. Us Weekly exclusively revealed in January 2025 that Alex is pregnant with the couple’s first child.
“I was immediately very upset. I got up,” Garrett urged us at that time. “She ran and said, ‘Oh, my God, can you believe it?’ I was like, ‘No way,’ because I was thinking, like, this happened so fast.”
