Nominations were announced in December 2024 with the FX and Hulu hit series ursine leads the charge with five nominations. Just murder in the building was right behind The Bear with four nominations, including Best Musical or Comedy Series, Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for Steve Martin AND Martin Short respectively and Best Performance by a Female Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for Selena Gomez.
The network that came out on top was Netflix with 36 nominations between film and TV — the most of any distributor.
