It's that time of year again—holiday parties, festive activities, and delicious treats everywhere you go.

Choose healthier options like vegetables and lean protein at the party and allow yourself a small indulgence or two without overindulging. Remember, it's all about balance! 4. Stay hydrated + Get plenty of sleep
Even during all the holiday festivities, don't forget to take care of yourself. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day, especially if you're going to be enjoying a few cocktails at the party. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night to support your overall well-being and help you resist the temptation to snack on unhealthy foods when you're tired.
