The view of ‘Office Air’ by destroying workers’

The view of ‘Office Air’ by destroying workers’

‘Office Air’ is being blamed for the appearance of falling workers throughout the day. An expert weighs on how to protect your skin, hair and nails from the phenomenon of beauty impoverishment.

While the office hours from the office, many workers say their carefully worked appearance begins to split – according to a new Tiktok trend. Hope Dougherty, a calculator, summarizes her experience. “I will make my hair. I’ll make my makeup. I’ll wear a nice outfit, and I always feel like the end of the day, it’s like I hadn’t done any of those things,” Doughery says. “My makeup is almost completely missing. My hair has fallen, and I just feel very uncomfortable and heavy.”

And it is not alone. Employees across the country are blaming the “Air Office” phenomenon for drying their skin, making their hair frozen and melting their composition – long before 5 o’clock in the stroke. Theories that point to extreme heaters and air conditioning and lack of fresh air. Dermatologist Susan Massick says, “air can be recycled, recycled, so the air tends to be very dry, so not too much moisture in the air, not too much moisture.” She adds that fluorescent lighting is another culprit, “Keep in mind that if you are taking a look at the mirror, trying to make selfies at work, the lighting is not great.

“Office Air” not only affects the way workers look and feel, Dougherti explains how its appearance number can also affect its performance, “If you do not feel good, you are not so focused because your mind is deviated to think of how you feel gross …. you are not so safe, and this is very important in a job, especially for women.”

Dr. Massick points out that while the air itself is not toxic, there are additional factors to consider, including long hours, blue light from your computer and stress. “Stress can make a big impact when it comes to your skin, how you are feeling. And it can be stress at work. It can be work balance and life stress. It can be very different stressors. It continues,” and when you stress, increased cortisol levels, you can find that your regular skin conditions are more. “

If you are experiencing symptoms of “Air Office” Dr. Massick suggests using a simple skin care mode to prevent it, suggesting, “You want people to have a good moisturizer. It helps replenish moisture, moisturize the skin. We want to make sure you use a sun screen because you can have ultraviolet light exposure but also with high energy, computer. ”

Dr. Massick also advises workers to stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water, avoiding too much caffeine or energy drinks and using a table damp if your office allows it.
