A massive explosion and a fire shook a port in the southern Iran on Saturday, which killed at least four people and injured more than 500 more, State Television reported.
The explosion occurred in the port of Shahid Rajaei outside of Bandar Abbas, an important facility for container deliveries for the Islamic Republic, which was around 72 million tons per year.

The port of Shahid Rajaei in the province of Hormozgan is located around 1,050 kilometers south of the Iranian capital Tehran, on the street of Hormuz, the narrow mouth of the Persian Golf, through which 20 percent of all oil passes were traded.
