Prince Harry’s lawyer warned that his “life at the game” was due to changes in his security after he resigned from the royal duties when the prince returned to the Royal Courts of Justice of London on Wednesday to change about changes to his protection in the UK.

Harry, the younger son of King Charles, tries to overthrow a decision by the Ministry of the Interior, the ministry responsible for the police work, which decided in 2020 that he would not automatically receive the safety of the personal police in Great Britain.

“One should not forget the human dimension for this case: it is a person behind me, whose security, whose security and his life is at stake,” his lawyer Shaheed Fatima told the court.

On Tuesday, she published in court files that Al-Qaida recently asked to be murdered and that he and his wife Meghan were involved in “a dangerous persecution with Paparazzi in New York City” in 2023.

Prince Harry, whose title Duke of Sussex includes, resigned from his royal duties in 2020. He now lives with his wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex and her two children in California.

His contestation was rejected last year, whereby the judgment of the High Court was lawful, but he was given permission to appeal.

Harry, 40, regularly gave his legal team on the last day of the two -day hearing when the government’s lawyers argued that it was the right decision to pursue a “tailor -made” approach for his safety.

“The basis for the decision making and the tailor -made approach was that from the perspective of the security assessment, he had positive advantages,” said James Eadie, who represents the Ministry of the Interior.

After some of the hearing on Wednesday, negotiations were made to certain security agreements, Fatima said that the case was incredibly important for Harry.

“His presence here and during this attraction is a strong illustration, a needed how much this calling means for him and his family,” she said.

While Hirry was said, he got “a special tailor -made process … he knows and has experienced a process that is obviously inferior in every respect,” added Fatima.
