A woman from New Zealand submitted a lawsuit against the best -selling British author Neil Gaiman and his wife Amanda Palmer, who claimed that she had repeatedly sexually attacked Gaiman while working as the couple’s babysitter and nanny.
On Monday, Scarlett Pavlovich handed down with two separate lawsuits who only name Palmer as a defendant in Wisconsin, Massachusetts and New York. The lawsuits by Massachusetts and New York, who only name Gaiman’s wife, were submitted due to the “uncertainty about Palmer’s residence”, the lawsuit said. Pavlovich’s lawyers will “only proceed in the district of their choice against Palmer”.
The Associated Press identifies people who say that they have been sexually attacked unless they identify publicly. Pavlovich identified in an interview with the New York magazine, in which an article was published in January, in which accusations, abuse and coercion of eight women were triggered.
Pavlovich claims in the lawsuits that she was homeless and lived on a beach when she scored Palmer in Auckland in 2020. Pavlovich was 22 years old at that time.
Plague
According to the complaints, Palmer Pavlovich invited to the couple’s New Zealand house on Waiheke Island. Pavlovich began to make errands for the couple, to help her son and to help with tasks, to finally become the couple’s nanny.
Gaiman first sexually attacked her on the night you got to know in February 2022, the complaints claim. The attacks continued, but she kept working for the couple because she was broke and homeless, and Gaiman had told her that he would help her career as a script.
When she told Palmer about the attacks, Palmer told her that more than a dozen women had told her in the past that she had sexually abused Gaiman, the complaints claim.
The attacks did not stop until Pavlovich Palmer said that she would kill herself, the complaints said. She left the family and became homeless again, although the documents said that Gaiman finally paid for her for her work to take care of the couple’s child and to cover their rent for a few months.
Palmer knew about Gaiman’s sexual wishes and presented him Pavlovich and knew that he would attack her after the lawsuits. Pavlovich claims that Gaiman and Palmer have violated bans of federal trade against human trafficking and is looking for at least 7 million US dollars in the event of compensation.
