A Ukrainian delegation that is committed to the end of the Three Year War with Russia with America’s top diplomat in Saudi Arabia will suggest a ceasefire for the strikes Black Sea and long-range missiles as well as the release of prisoners, shared two high-ranking Ukrainian officials on Monday.
