US air attacks on an oil port, which was held by Houthi Rebels in Yemen, killed 74 people and wounded 171 others, shared the group on Friday and marked the individual known attack under President Donald Trump’s new campaign, which was directed against the rebels.

The toll, the Trump’s campaign, which began on March 15, was incredibly difficult because the central command of the US military has so far not killed any information about the campaign, its specific goals and the number of people.

In the meantime, Jemens Houthi rebels strictly check access to areas and do not publish any information about the strikes, many of which were probably targeted.

But the strike on the Ras Isa -oil port, which shot massive fireballs into the night sky, was a large escalation for the US campaign. The Houthis immediately published graphic film material for those who were killed in the attack.

In a statement, Central Command said that “the US armed forces have taken measures to eliminate this fuel source for the Houthi terrorists supported by Iran and to withdraw illegal income that has financed Houthi efforts to the terroristing region for over 10 years.”

“This strike was supposed to harm people in Yemen, who rightly want to throw the yoke of the Houthi accommodation and peacefully live.

The Iranian -supported Houthis later started a rocket in the direction of Israel, which was intercepted, said the Israeli military. Siren sounded in Tel Aviv and other areas.

Strikes drive out intensive fire

The port of Ras Isa, a collection of three oil tanks and sophistication, is located in the Hodeida Governor of Yemen along the Red Sea. The NASA satellites that follow forest fires showed early Friday in front of the island of Kamaran, which were attacked by intensive US air attacks in the last few days.

The Al-Masirah Satellite News Channel The Houthis produced graphic film material of the episodes and shows corpses that are scattered across the location. During the attack that triggered a massive explosion and fires, paramedics and civilians were killed at the port.

The port of Rasa is also the term of an oil pipeline that extends to the energetic Marib governor in Yemen, which is held by allies of the banished government in Yemen. The Houthis excluded this government from the capital of Yemen, Sanaa, in 2015. However, oil exports were discontinued in the decade, and the Houthis used Ras Isa to insert oil.

In a statement, the Houthis condemned the US attack as a “completely unjustified aggression” and a violation of the sovereignty and independence of Yemen.

On April 9, the US State Department gave a warning of oil deliveries to Yemen.

“The United States does not tolerate a country or trading company that supports foreign terrorist organizations such as the Houthis, including the utilization of ships and the provision of oil in the ports controlled by Houthi,” said it.

The attack follows Israeli air strikes on the Houthis, who previously hit the port and Ölinfrastructure that the rebels used after their attacks on Israel.

The attack was the most fatal known attack in the campaign, analysts said. “However, it was so difficult to assess the deaths,” said Luca Nevola, Senior Analyst in Yemen and the Golf on the armed location and event data project.

The Chinese company accuses Houthi attacks in supporting the attacks

In the meantime, the US State Department Spokesman Tammy Bruce in a briefing with journalists Chang Guang Satellite Technology Co. Ltd., a commercial satellite image provider, “supported the directly supported Houthi terrorist attachments on US interests”.

Bruce did not work in detail, but recognized a history of the Financial Times in which Counted American officials said that the company associated with the People’s Liberation Army had made pictures available that enabled the rebels to deploy to US warships and merchant ships that travel through the corridor of the Red Sea.

“The support of Beijing from this company, the satellite company, even after we have had discussions about it.

Lin Jian, spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, answered a question about the claim, said on Friday: “I am not familiar with the situation you mentioned.” However, he insisted that China asked as countries to “make more efforts for regional peace and stability”.

US beats part of the ongoing campaign

An AP check has found that the new US operation against the Houthis under President Trump appears more extensive than that of former President Joe Biden, as Washington, from exclusively targeted start pages to shooting on ranking staff and throwing off bombs in cities.

The new campaign of the air strikes began after the rebels threatened to aim “Israeli” ships against Israel Blocking Aid in the Gaza Strip. The rebels have easily defined what makes an Israeli ship, which means that many ships could be attacked.

The Houthis aimed on more than 100 merchant ships with rockets and drones that killed two of them and killed four seafarers from November 2023 to January of this year. This has greatly reduced the trading flow through the corridor of the Red Sea, in which it usually moves 1 trillion US dollar of goods. The Houthis also started attacks on American warships without success.

The US campaign shows no signs of stop, since the Trump administration has also associated its air strikes with the Houthis with an attempt to put Iran under pressure on its rapidly progressing nuclear program. A second round of negotiations between Iran and the USA will happen in Rome on Saturday.
