Cardiff City has downloaded Omer Riza and installed Aaron Ramsey as a temporary coach by the end of the season.
Cardiff is in the second end in the championship, a security point after losing 2-0 to Sheffield United on Friday.
Riza was given work in early December after an impressive stance as the Provisional Chief after Erol Bulut was fired in September.
However, he has been fired after a win in the last nine matches of the championship.
“We would like to thank Omer for his passion and effort during his day as Cardiff City manager and wish him the best for his next steps in the game,” read a club statement.
Welsey legend Ramsey, 34, has been limited to only eight championship appearances because of the injury, but will now seek to inspire his boyhood club to survive in their last three games.
Chris Gunter, Joe Ralls, Tom Hutton AND Matthew Blojam It will work on Ramsey’s training staff.
Riza took over from most of the dismissal after Cardiff had made their worst start in one season for 94 years with a point of six games.
After a promising start with an increase in results, the temporary appointment of Riza became permanent until the end of the season.
But Cardiff has plunged into the nose since the beginning of February, winning only twice at the time and are currently at the bottom of the championship chart.
Riza angered Cardiff’s fans earlier this week when he accused “many of them” of being “Clueless” in their criticism of him and the team.
Welsey captain Ramsey was reunited at his Cardiff hometown club in the summer of 2023 after a distinguished career with Arsenal and Juventus.
Ramsey has currently been removed from the injury after conducting surgeries in a damaged hamstring last month.
Cardiff finishes their home game campaign against Oxford and West Brom and a game away in Norwich on the last day of the season on May 3.
