The World Matchplay Champion of the Beau Greaves Women’s Women’s Matchplay will take at Stefan Bellmont, Switzerland in the first round of Open 2025 in the United Kingdom, with the draw and allocations confirmed for the opening of the Minehead event next week.
Greaves will make her long -awaited debut in the UK at the Darts annual festival, which will take place at the Minehead Resort to Butlin from February 28 to March 2.
Greaves – a winner of two Tour Challenge titles last month – has been given a difficult task against Swiss star Bellmont, a championship semifinalist in February.
The biggest names in the sport will begin their offers for the fourth round title, including reign champion Dimitri Van Den Bergh, World No. 1 Luke Humphries and World Champion Luke Little.
Former Michael Van Gerwen champions, Nathan Asinall, Peter Wright, Danny Noppert, James Wade, Gary Andrew Gilding will also enter the event in the fourth round.
The winner of the Scotland World Cup, John Henderson, will play former Graham Usher tour card cards in his opening, with Wesley Plassier and Cam Crabtree set head to head in another special tie.
The players will compete for the highest price £ 110,000 and the coveted title over the weekend in Minehead, with a total price of £ 600,000 in the bid paid up to the last 128.
