Louis Rees-Zammit has signed an active list agreement with Jaguars Jacksonville for the next season of 2025.
Wales’s former Rugby’s former -star was part of the Jaguar practice team for the 2024 season and traveled to London for Games against Chicago Bears and New England Patriots in October.
Rees-Zammi will now join the club for the out-of-season schedule in the hope of cutting for the latest list of 53 Jaguars.
In a statement issued by Jaguars, Rees-Zammit said: “I am excited to extend my stay at Jacksonville by signing for another year.
“While I know it was a difficult season on the field for the team, I think I have made a big progress with my game and I look forward to continuing my hard work and advancing my skills even more, and I believe Jacksonville It’s the place for me to do it. “
Rees-Zammi made 32 appearances for Wales before he announced in January 2024 that he would withdraw from the Rugby Union in order to follow his dream of playing in the NFL through his international Pathway player program.
He signed a three-year deal with the then Super Bowl Kansas City boss’s return champions, but later left their list for the 2024 season.
The former Gloucester ship was captured by Jaguars, but again did not appear during the regular season before his contract expired.
Rees-Zammi observed his former employees of the humble bosses from the Philadelphia Eagles at the Super Bowl 59 earlier this month.
The new NFL season is set to begin on September 4, with the largest date in the outside season – the 2025 NFL draft – set for April.
