World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will serve a menu ‘inspired by Texas’ for the traditional champions dinner in front of the masters, with minimal changes in his offer two years ago.
The annual event takes place on Tuesday evening and is held inside the club of the Augusta National club, with those present exclusively for the past winners of the Green Jacket.
The defensive sample takes to choose the served food, with Scheffler who has the opportunity to select the menu for the second time who followed his large girls’ title in 2022 claiming a four -shot win in last year’s competition.
Scheffler revealed the SCOTTIE -style slide and a menu inspired by his home state before his first champions dinner, with many of his previous choices left for the 2025 edition.
The FedExcup champion has saved beginners of cheeseburger Sliders – served in Scottie style – and the firecracker shrimp with Chilli Thai Thai and Sriracha mayo, though he has removed the tortil soup in favor of ‘Papa Scheff’s Meatball and Bits Ravioli’.
Initial transition to ‘Pope Scheff’ could be considered a node to become a father since the victory of his masters last April, while Ravioli was what he was doing when he was holding his hand injury on the Day of Christmas that he saw him lose the beginning of the PGA Tour season.
There is a first course of ‘Texas -style chilli’, served with cedar cheese, jalapenos and corn chips, while the main course options are very similar to those offered to the champions of the masters spent two years ago.
Steak Ribeye Texas has been re-raised as ‘cowboy ribeye with fiery wood’, with redfish redfish the other option, while the sides of the ‘family style’ and cheese pasta, non-corn corn, shiny soybeans and lime baked potatoes are also offered.
There is a slight difference in what accompanies his ‘chip chip chip cookie’ dessert, with vanilla beans ice cream that replaces previously offered cookery milk and ice cream.
Jon Rahm offered a Spanish holiday including ‘Mama Rahm’s Lentil Stew’ and ‘Basque Ribeye’ when he served the menu last year, while Tiger Woods served a starter of ‘The Augusta Roll’ before Steak and Chicken Guilty when he waited for champions dinner in front of Coronavirus-delayed Masters.
Ribeye Steak and Mac and Cheese were among the articles served by Patrick Reed in 2019 after winning the green jacket last year, with a Sunday baking (Danny Willett) and Texas BBQ (Jordan Spieth) between other network selected for past menus.
Scheffler will seek to become the first player to win the back-to-back editions of masters from Tiger Woods in 2002 and produce the first successful protection of the big title since Brooks Koepka to PGA Championship 2018.
