Inter Miami Still to make official bid de bruyne
Miami Keep the discovery rights for the city midfielder who leaves Man City de Bruyne.
Clubo Club MLS can list up to five players to keep exclusive detection rights. This means that no other MLS club can try to sign that player without the permission of the detection rights holders. This rule is designed to prevent MLS clubs from getting into a war of bids with each other.
Putting De Bruyne on their list of discovery rights, Inter Miami would have to prove to MLS that they are trying to sign it.
It is understood that no official bid has been made at this stage.
Inter Miami already has the three maximum points of certain players filled with Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets. De Bruyne’s signature would usually require one of those players to leave.
