England would consider reception of the Premier League Indian (IPL) if the Board of Cruises of England and Wales receives a request to help complete the tournament by Indian and international cricket authorities, Sky Sports News understands.
IPL has been suspended for one week after escalation of tensions between India and Pakistan.
Discussions of how to finish the tournament are continuing in India.
Matches in the countries in England would be difficult due to the busy schedule of domestic and international seasons.

Following the suspension of IPL, BCCI, which regulates the cricket in India, plans to discuss the situation with the government, teams and broadcasters and hopes to announce a new schedule.
IPL still has 12 games to play in the group stage before a Nokau phase that features four play-off matches.
An IPL statement read: “The rest of the continuous IPL 2025 suspended with an immediate effect for a week.
“The decision was made by the IPL Governing Council after proper consultation with all the main actors after representations by most of the exclusivity, who conveyed the concern and feelings of their players, and also the views of the broadcasters, sponsors and fans.
“While BCCI reiterates the full confidence in the strength and readiness of our armed forces, the Board considered it cautious to act in the collective interest of all stakeholders.”
