Savannah Marshall can still provide a match with the Classa Shields Rival Rival, believes coach Peter Fury.
Marshall holds an amateur victory over Shields and enemies for a long time met in a war for the world title in 2022.
Shields was victorious and then moved to weight, becoming an indisputable sample in heavy weight.
Marshall himself won the undisputed title at the Super-Middleweight in 2023 and has also changed sports to compete in MMA with PFL.
Britain will return to another boxing after signing an agreement with Jake MVP’s promotional company.
Her coach Peter Fury told TOE2TOEE Podcast: “I think it’s great news for savannah.
“She’s in the gym. She is training a lot every day and she has a big notice next week.”
Marshall is entering a new phase of her boxing career with an American promoter and Fury believes she could eventually get a shield match.
“I’m optimistic because I don’t think there is any other. I think they are both at the top,” Fury said.
“Savannah made some serious adjustments since the first war, so I am really looking forward to whether they could get it again.”
Marshall is not the only UK warrior to join MVP recently. Chantelle Cameron, the former unquestionable light champion and the WBC temporary temporary title, has signed for the company that is organizing the next Katie Tayor war.
