Panel Super Sunday expressed their excitement to see Super League host a game overseas while Warrington Wolves faces champions Wigan Warriors in Las Vegas

“The launch was great, it was really well represented by both clubs and what way to start the week of rest. When we were in the back room, the Aussie ladies were blown up by the support we received and the noise they (Super League fans) were doing.

“I understand there are two points in the discussion, but there is a bigger picture for him. We want to represent the super League really well and put our profile there and what we can create. So far this week, we’ve done a great job for this. We are in a great place. I think you have to enjoy yourself while you can.

“I think it will feel like a final, definitely. There have been a lot of hypes for three, four months now, and the construction has been great. We are just waiting to have the opportunity to play here.

Warrington Williams captain echoed many of Farrell’s thoughts.

“There is a massive excitement. As players, you want to get involved in the biggest games, the biggest cases, and that is, indeed, for the Super League,” he said. “It has never been done before, never before in Vegas, so we just want to take the opportunity and set the show.

“I’ll have a smile on my face, I like to get involved in the biggest cases. There is little pressure involved, but I think it’s a privilege. We’re privileged to be here.

“I’m proud to be captain leaving. Liam and I have known each other for a long time, but when we play on Saturday it will be all business.”

Williams: Come and watch the French game | Farrell: Williams is so hard to handle

Asked to choose a player from the opposition to see, said Skipper Warrington Williams …

“This is quite easy. The French Bevan, for me, is the best player in the competition.

“He puts booms in places in England, so I’m sure he will do the same. Just go down and watch it. I don’t want to do it too!

“Hopefully he does not play very well against us over the weekend, but he is a massive part of the game, so look at him.”

Asked the same question, Skipper Wigan Farrell chose his opposite man …

“If I have to embarrass it, it would be George (Williams).

“If George gets what he wants out of the game and the game that flows on his way, he is very difficult to handle, and we know that.

“I think he has always been the same. He is definitely a threat. We do not want him to play very well on Saturday, but we realize that he has a lot of threats to posing against us.”
