Thomas Tuchel has received his first full training session in England since he took over the manager of England, and is a moment.

I have been really impressed with him since he started work. Tuchel has had the English media eating from the palm of his hands at every press conference he has made so far, and from all accounts, he had a similar response from the players of England, such was this inspiring speech he gave.
The players have been impressed by him, but it is a very short -term job. He has an 18-month contract, and he is already three months before playing his first game, so he must hit the ground running.
He does not have to try to bring the new players, he should try to win the World Cup and I think that’s why you are seeing some of the names involved in the camp.

Jordan Henderson It is probably the most controversial inclusion. He is 34 years old now, absolutely not one for the future – he is for here and now. There will be some supporters of England who think it was one for the past and may not be included.
But Thomas Tuchel said ‘absolutely none of them’. He called Henderson a winner, a leader, with great experience, and he is very part of his plans for the World Cup going forward. He is playing very well for Ajax, from all accounts.

He has overlooked U21 and has been directly called to the elderly. He is a great athlete, goes ahead, creates opportunities, but is very impressive protective. This is something tuchel will really appreciate.
Yes, sometimes that aggression has gone a little away. We’ve seen it seeing red twice – though with one of those red cards removed – and there was a feeling that he could have seen red even in the Champions League. But you do not want to remove that aggression from a defender like Lewis-Skelly.

Jude Bellingham He is one of the old players now, despite his tender years, and is one of the most important members of this team of England if they have aspirations to win the World Cup.
He does not suffer fools with pleasure. I know there have been some drop with southgate, but while they do not always look at their eyes, there was great respect between the two. Can Tuchel feed a close relationship with Bellingham, bring out the best in it, make it a leader again in this team of England, and make it the best that can be?

This is probably a much easier thing to Harry Kane. Both men became very close while Tuchel was in charge of Bayern Munich, and England’s manager has confirmed that they will continue as his captain.
Kane is again in good shape now, completely convenient and fiery for Bayern Munich. He has 10 goals in the Champions League this season – this is more than any other Englishman has ever arrived in the competition. In general, he has 32 goals and 11 assists this season.
He is a purpose machine, a perfect professional, and he will be absolutely important for Tuchel’s hopes to win the World Cup. Kane is also influential with the rest of this team of England and you suspect Tuchel will want to feed it as much as he can.

This will be a major question in the coming days as we build the first match of Tuchel, which is against Albania in Wembley on Friday.
Many people in Chelsea remember that he played with three central returns, but it was because the players he had at his disposal adapted to this formation rather than necessarily the favorite Tuchel formation.
If you look what he did in PSG and Bayern Munich, he tends to play with four back, so I think it could be either. If you look for my sense of bowel, I think he will go with four backs mostly with England.
We know that the full defender has been a difficult position. If you are playing with three quarterbacks, there is a lot of expectations in full defenses to move forward and provide support for every attack of England. I’m not sure that he has exactly the staff fully appropriate to be able to do it.
And also, if you play with your back, I think it cancels where England is very strong, which is broad attack players. They have so many good offensive opportunities that you want those boys to be the people who are going down their wings and putting the crosses.
It can be something that evolves and changes. It can be something that tuchel is prepared to change in the middle of the matches – he has done it before. Tuchel will probably use both formations over the next 15 months.
