Scotland’s Calum defeated Jacques Kruyswijk and Shaun Norris home duet in a play-off in Jurburg Open to provide his second DP World Tour title.
One principle in the second additional hole was good enough for victory after Norris drew his second shooting in the water and kruyswijk three-putted from 30 meters.
The trio had finished tied up on 14 under the same time with Hill, who began the last round of eight strokes after Norris, had used as much a lucky bounce for Birdie 18 and completed an eight-nine-year-old in the lowest round of the week.
Hill, whose victory follows his victory at Cazoo Classic in 2021 and moves it until 11th to the race to Dubai, then said: “‘It was a fantastic day and then (win) is the cherry at the top.
“I was lucky with the bounce from the slope (in the 72nd hole) and made a beautiful pedestrian and then gave me a chance to make a move on this play-off.
“I think this can be my first play-off ever, so it’s good to have a 1-0 record.”
Kruyswijk Zogaroi on the 17th to join Hill on 14 under and then lost a bird blow to win in the regulation at 18 before playing partner Norris collected from 20 meters to make it a three-palate play-off.
After the three men put forward the first additional hole, Norris found a second -way bunker in the second and withdrew his access to the water after the right foot slipped into the sand.
This ended his chances and after Hill safely with two strokes from the back green, Kruyswijk lost his attempt before accusing his bird’s bird three meters in front of the hole.
Dylan Frittelli of South Africa briefly held the full supremacy when that ninth, 10th and 12th bird and gathered for his second eagle on the 13th, but Bogeyed 15th and ended an out of the play-off.
