Chipolo, Airtag -like equipment manufacturer, introduced the last version of his product on Monday. Now, instead of offering models that work only with the technology of finding lost or Google items, new chipolo pop devices work with both companies finding networks outside the box.
By combining these different functionalities into a device, Chipolo believes it will be easier for consumers to choose the right device for their needs. Plus, this would make chipolo products better for gifts because buyers would not have to know if the receiver uses Android or an iPhone, the company said.
Chipolo devices are among a small portion of companies, including Tile, Pebblebee and Samsung, which make their tracers similar to Airtag.
Unlike Tile, who designed a network of findings that brought out the people who had installed his mobile app, Chipolo chose to work with existing findings offered by Apple and Google platform manufacturers. (Although Tile arrived before Airtag, Apple’s competition eventually led to finding an exit selling in 2021 at the Life360 family locator service for $ 205 million.

So far, Chipolo has sold more than 4.5 million devices. After starting its first “Find My” product “, Chipolo One Spot and Spot Chipolo Card, is seen a 30% average in annual growth, the company shared with Techcrunch through email.
In addition to providing support for both Apple and Google’s Finding Networks, the new chipolo popolo includes other features known by previous tracers, including the option to find your missing phone by double pressing on your out -of -alarms, the ability to change the chipolo bell and the option to use the tracker as a distant Selter.
The device Bluetooth range is also extended to 300 FEETT (90m) and the battery lasts up to 1 year and is recommended by the user.
New devices now come to blue, black, green, red, white and yellow and sell for 29 dollars (£ 30/35) on the Chipolo and Amazon website.
