Openai aims to eventually integrate her video generation tool he, Sora, directly into her well -known Chatbot customer application, Chatgt, the company’s executives said during a Friday schedule session in Discord.
Today, SORA is only available through an app dedicated to the Internet Openai launched in December, which allows users to access the video model he with the same name to generate cinematic clips up to 20 seconds. However, the lead of the Openai product for Sora, Rohan Sahai, said the company plans to set Sora in more places, and expand what Sora can create.
Openai initially traded Sora in the creators and video production studios in the months that led to its start in December. Now, the company is making a more coordinated effort to expand its withdrawal of its video creation tool.
Sahai said Openai is actively working in a way to make Sora accessible within the chatgt, marrying both products, though he refused to offer a time limit. The Sora version that ultimately comes to the chatgt may not offer the same level of control compared to SORA’s online app, Sahai showed, where users can edit and knit footage together.
Openai may be trying to attract users to chatgpt by letting them generate video Sora from chatbot. SORA placement in chatgpt can also stimulate users to improve on premium reconciliation levels of chatgpt, which can provide higher video generation limits.
One of the reasons Openai started Sora as a special online app was to maintain the simplicity of the chatgt, Sahai explained during the office time.
Since its inception, Openai has expanded Sora’s online experience, creating more ways to browse the videos created by SORA by the community. Sahai also said Openai “would like to build” a standalone mobile app for SORA, stressing that the SORA team is actively looking for mobile engineers.
Openai aims to expand Sora generation skills in images, too.
Openai is working on an image generator he enabled by Sora, Sahai said, confirming rumors of such a project. While Chatgpt already supports the image generation, powered by Openai’s Dall-3 model, a SORA energy image generator can allow users to create photos that are more photorealist.
Sahai added that Openai is also working on a new Sora Turbo version, the model that currently strengthens the Sora Web app.
