For several years now, Moft has been offering some of the most innovative hardware accessories. They are always interesting, if not necessarily useful. This new Find My Wallet and stand combo manages to tick both boxes.
The accessory was announced a few weeks out from CES, where it will be shown for the first time. The product is an update of the Snap-On Phone Stand & Wallet announced a few years ago.
It uses the origami design that has been fundamental to most of Moft’s offerings and attaches via MagSafe.
The new headline feature is, of course, the addition of Apple-certified Find My integration, with “proactive” notifications when the wallet is misplaced or moved from a user-designated area.
In wallet mode, the system is approximately 1.1 millimeters thick. This includes an 80 mAh battery on board for Find My functionality.
The new Snap-On Phone Stand & Wallet is set to start shipping in June, priced at $50, which puts it roughly in line with other iPhone wallets. It’s also $10 less than what Apple charges for its FineWoven wallet.
